Sunday afternoon call, Front door will not unlock.

Arrived at customers home and was greeted with this.


Home DIY, gone wrong.

Tried to drill it.

Snapped the cylinder.

All this resulted in damaging the main lock mechanism. Buckling and twisting the main lock resulting in more cost.

please don't try and snap cylinders or drill them out, leave them alone.
